MICHELIN Guide:
A modern-style bistro with a wine bar and attractive outdoor area in the city centre, just behind the main square. The chef, who describes his cuisine as “market-fresh”, makes daily visits to the nearby Dolac market for his ingredients, which include seasonal vegetables, Dalmatian charcuterie and meat reared on local farms. Fresh and seasonal are the buzzwords here!

weare50

Address: Vlaška ulica 17, , Zagreb
Phone: +385 91 639 6396
https://www.weare50.co/
weare50 is a funky burger/ramen bar created as a result of a global journey that includes international cuisine such as that of New York, Hong Kong and Hvar. The atmosphere is lively, friendly and perfect for a relaxed meal and a few cocktails before you head on. The menu uses homemade ingredients wherever possible, so you can enjoy the flavors of Pag lamb, Istrian truffles and Dalmatian fig jam. One of the specialties are glazed, soft as cotton brioche rolls filled with juicy meat and vegetables. The wine list is rich and varied, and there is also draft craft beer from Zagreb’s Garden Brewery.
